Client Intake & Appointment Booking
All new clients must complete our client intake form before receiving services. A valid credit card is required to reserve your appointment; however, your card will not be charged unless you are subject to our cancellation or no-show policy.
Cancellation & Late Policy
We require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. If you cancel, reschedule, or no-show within this window, you will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. We understand that life happens, so we offer one free cancellation as a courtesy.
If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may need to adjust or reschedule your appointment, which could result in a cancellation fee. Repeated violations of our policy may require a non-refundable deposit for future bookings.
Treatment Packages & Refunds
When purchasing a course of treatment, refunds or partial returns will not be issued if you decide to end your treatments early. We do not offer refunds, and while results may vary, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. If you are not 100% satisfied, please let us know, and we will do everything in our power to make it right.
