Weekly weight-loss injections: first month $249
Your first month of provider-prescribed weekly injections is $249 (regularly $279) and includes an InBody body composition scan and a one-on-one evaluation with our nurse practitioner. Later months are priced by your dose at check-in.
Prefer no medication? Our natural program is priced separately at your free consultation. Qualified new clients also receive a complimentary first body-contouring laser treatment ($850+ value).

For clients who would rather not use prescription injections: a provider-guided program with a personalized meal plan, natural weight-loss injections, body-contouring machine sessions and supplements that target visceral fat. Priced separately at your consultation.
Weekly weight-loss injections
Provider-prescribed medication that works with the hormones controlling appetite and fullness, so eating less stops being a fight.
Medical supervision
Vitals, tolerance and dosing reviewed by your provider. Adjustments happen before problems escalate.

Measures muscle mass, body fat percentage and visceral fat, so you see progress the scale misses.

How much weight can I realistically lose?
Most people lose 5–15% of their starting weight over a 12–16 week course; someone starting at 200 lbs might lose 10–30 lbs. Results depend heavily on diet, activity and consistency.
What medication do you use?
We’ll go over the specific prescription options, how they work, and which fits your health history at your consultation. Everything is prescribed and monitored by our provider, not sold over the counter.
Do I qualify?
Medical weight loss injections are typically for adults with a BMI of 27+ and a weight-related condition, or a BMI of 30+. A history of thyroid cancer or pancreatitis disqualifies treatment. Your consultation confirms eligibility.
Can I use these if I have diabetes or take blood pressure medication?
Often yes, with dose adjustments and closer monitoring. Your provider reviews your full medication list first, which is exactly why a medical assessment comes before any prescription.
Will the weight come back if I stop?
Appetite returns when the medication stops. What you build during treatment, eating patterns, activity and habits, determines whether results last. We coach that part, not just the injection.
Do I need a special diet?
On the injection program there is no rigid diet, just better choices: protein, vegetables and whole foods over processed carbs and sugar. The natural program includes a meal plan built for you.
