How much weight can I realistically lose?
Most people lose 5–15% of their starting weight over a 12–16 week course; someone starting at 200 lbs might lose 10–30 lbs. Results depend heavily on diet, activity and consistency.
What medication do you use?
We’ll go over the specific prescription options, how they work, and which fits your health history at your consultation. Everything is prescribed and monitored by our provider, not sold over the counter.
Do I qualify?
Medical weight loss injections are typically for adults with a BMI of 27+ and a weight-related condition, or a BMI of 30+. A history of thyroid cancer or pancreatitis disqualifies treatment. Your consultation confirms eligibility.
Can I use these if I have diabetes or take blood pressure medication?
Often yes, with dose adjustments and closer monitoring. Your provider reviews your full medication list first, which is exactly why a medical assessment comes before any prescription.
Will the weight come back if I stop?
Appetite returns when the medication stops. What you build during treatment, eating patterns, activity and habits, determines whether results last. We coach that part, not just the injection.
Do I need a special diet?
No rigid meal plan, but better choices than before: protein, vegetables and whole foods over processed carbs and sugar. The injections make that easier; they don’t do it for you.
